Orders are shipped from Detroit MI (48215) to all domestic locations (USA only)

Depending on your order, it may take 3-14 days to ship. If you have a hard need-by deadline for your order, please let us know by leaving a note in the checkout at time of purchase or  contact us via email. 

Orders containing liquids, oils, or matches must be sent via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.

Shipping costs include insurance. If your item arrives damaged, do not discard the packaging! (we may need this to file a claim) Take photos of the damage and send them to us at the link above with your order number.
