Serving size: 3 tsp / 1 Tbsp per 8oz of water and steep at 190-212℉ (88-100℃) for 5-8 minutes. Sweeten to taste. Consume tea around 30 minutes before bedtime.
Vaping this blend is not recommended. Smoking this blend more than occasionally is not recommended.
Note: The 1/2-ounce tins contain Centella asiatica, or gotu kola, which has multiple benefits but which can be omitted for the main use of this tea. If you have existing liver trouble, or a family history of liver trouble, choose the 1-ounce tins, which do not contain gotu kola if you will brew this blend as tea. It's also smokable, and will not have the same impact on the liver if consumed in this way.
CAUTION: Do not partake of any variation of this blend if you are pregnant or nursing, or trying to conceive. Don't exceed 3 cups a day. Consult a physician to avoid interactions with medication. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after consuming tea.
