Return/Exchange Policy

As a general rule we do not offer returns or exchanges and all sales are final. We are sometimes able to bend this rule on a case-by-case basis (particularly with new,  unopened, unused items like tarot), so please reach out with questions.

If we are out of stock or unable to fulfill an order you will have the option to receive either store credit or a refund to the original method of purchase, time of completion will vary based on your card issuer/bank.

If your item arrives damaged please contact us with photos of the product. Do not discard the packaging as we may be able to file a complaint with the carrier and we'll need both the photos and the packaging for that claim.
